Abstract:
The present invention relates to well-being foil in which Korean paper and a charcoal pad are fused, and a grill having the same, the well-being foil comprising a first sheet and a second sheet. The first sheet is formed of Korean paper; has on the upper surface thereof a place to grill an object to be grilled; has in the center of the upper surface thereof a center receiving groove formed by pressing so as to receive and absorb oil; and has on the upper surface thereof plural radial receiving grooves which are formed by pressing and radially diverge from the center receiving groove so as to receive and absorb oil or guide the oil to move to the center receiving groove. The second sheet is attached to the lower surface of the first sheet and includes paper mulberry pulp, charcoal powder and calcium.
