Abstract:
In the present invention, a base sheet 10 to which cellulose nanofibers are applied is heat dried and then impregnated with an oil solution in an amount of 0.001-0.100 mass% and an emulsion-based preparation, which contains at least two or more kinds of emulsifying agents, in an amount of 200-500 mass% relative to the dry weight of the base sheet 10. This makes it possible to provide a wet sheet S which has a more excellent moisture retaining property than a wet sheet that is obtained by applying an emulsion-based preparation to a base sheet 10.
