Abstract:
Provided is a wet-type granulation device that is capable of effectively separating media while maintaining a proper granulation process. A material to be dispersed, supplied from an inlet opening (54a), is dispersed by beads and the material to be dispersed is separated from the beads and discharged into an insertion opening (55a). The wet-type granulation device is provided with: a housing (2); a rotating container (5) rotatably supported on this housing (2); a container rotation mechanism (6) for rotating the container (5); a dispersal rotor (7) which is disposed in the interior of the container (5) with a processing gap (S) between the rotor and the inner walls of the container (5), and on the peripheral wall of which a media discharge opening (71a) is provided through which beads introduced into the interior of the cylinder from the processing gap (S) are discharged into the processing gap (S); a rotor rotation mechanism (8) for rotating the dispersal rotor (7) in relation to the container (5); and a screen (9) which is disposed within the dispersal rotor (7), and which guides, to the insertion opening (55a), the material to be dispersed that has been introduced into the interior of the dispersal rotor (7) by way of the processing gap (S).
