The invention refers to the wheel structure for 360-degree rotating building in water tank including the wheels mounted under the beam anchorages, in which each wheel consists of: the wheel fork ( ! ) made up of two steel plates, the upper edges of these two steel plates are welded with flanges (1.3), the outside of each steel plate ( 1.1, 1.2) is welded with two reinforcing ribs (1.4) and it is also groove to slide up and down and prevent rotation of bearing (6): the underside of the two steel plates (1.1, 1.2) has two holes (1.1.1, 1.2.1) with a shape of vertical groove, the height of the holes is predetermined so as to be larger than tire distance H between the lower bottom of the basement and the upper bottom of the water tank when the rotating building is operating, this groove is to install wheel hub (3), the bearing (6) consists of two bearings (6.1, 6.2) installed at both ends of the wheel hub (3) moving up and down along the slide of (he wheel hub, the instantaneous anti-collapse structure (7) has a lower end fitted with a hearing (6) and an upper end fitted with a flange (1.3). Claims:
CLAIMS

1. The wheel structure for 360-degree rotating building in water tank includes:

the wheel fork (1) made up of two reserved balanced trapezoidal steel plates (1.1 1.2) placed parallel to each other, the upper edges of these two steel plates are welded with flanges ( 1 .3 ), the underside of the two steel plates (1.1 , 1 2) has two concentric holes ( 1 .1 .1 1.2.1) to install the wheel hub (3), the outside of each steel plate ( 1 1 , 1.2) is welded with two reinforcing ribs (1.4) to increase the rigidity and it is also as grooves to slide up and down and prevent rotation of bearing (6);

the wheel (2) is placed directly on the tank wall with a rim (2. 1 ) fitted with a tire (2.2). and is fitted with forks (1) through wheel hub (3). ball bearing (8) and thrust bearing (5):

characterized in that the two holes (1 .1 .1 , 1.2.1 ) have a shape of vertical groove, the height of the holes is predetermined so as to be larger than or equal to the distance H between the lower bottom of the basement and the upper bottom of the water tank, the bearing (6) consists of two bearings (6.1 , 6.2) installed at both ends of the wheel hub (3 ) moving up and down along the slide of the wheel hub, the instantaneous anil· collapse structure (7) has a lower end fitted with a bearing (6) and an upper end fitted with a flange (1 3).

2. Wheel structure for 360-degree rotating building in water tank according to claim 1 , in which the instantaneous anti-collapse mechanism (7) consists of two springs (7.1, 7.2 ).

Wheel structure for 360-degree rotating building in water tank according to claim 1 , in which the Instantaneous anti-collapse mechanism (7) consists of two hydraulic pistons (7.1' 7.2' there is a pressure valve on each hydraulic piston, when the building's gravity applied to the wheels exceeds the allowed pressure, the pressure valve will release itself, and the basement slowly descends to the bottom of the water tank

4. A 360-degree rotating building in water tank comprising:

a cylindrical water tank (A) with circular or conical bottom (9) made of reinforced concrete; a cylindrical basement (B), made of reinforced concrete or steel, with a bottom (11) similar to the bottom of the water tank (A), the basement wall (10) is a certain distance from the water tank wail creating a space (14), floor (12) is supported by the walls and beams ( 13), floor (12 ) is designed in a circular shape with an area larger than the area of the water tank (A);

basement (B) is located in water tank (A) and is connected to water tank (A ) through the centering system (not shown in the figure), in which the centering shaft is fixed to the center of the bottom (9) of the water tank (A) and portable centering pipe are fixed to the center of the bottom (11) of basement (A), the centering shaft, also a technical pipe to install electric and water lines is brought from outside to inside the basement:

the floating stories (C) are built on the floor (12) of basement (B);

when water is pumped into the space (14), basement B will rise and create a larger distance from the underside of the beam (13) to the top of the water tank wall (A) than before pumping water;

the wheel structures according to any one of claims I -3 are mounted on the underside of the beam anchorages (13) of basement (B), so that the tire (2.2) leans on the upper surface of the water tank (A), in which some of the wheels are driven by electric motors.

Field of the invention

The invention refers to wheel structure for 360-degree rotating building in water tank and 360-degree rotating building in water tank.

Background of the invention

.It is known that some countries in the world such as Spain, Dubai, etc. have built rotating buildings. These rotating buildings operate directly on a pillar located in the middle of the building or on a circular metal kicker, the underside of the kicker are support pillars equipped with rollers operated by an electric motor. With the above design, just one push of a button, the building can rotate 360 degrees and stop in any direction that the owner feels appropriate. However, the disadvantage of rotating building is that the whole weight of the building is put on the rotation axis or rollers. Therefore the rotation of the building requires the insinuation of a large-capacity electric motor, the rotating structure must ensure a high load capacity and the rotational operation of the building requires a lot of energy.

To solve this problem, there are many proposed solutions, such as the solutions on reducing the size of the rotating building, using light materials to make the rotating building, etc,, a new solution proposed by the owner to thoroughly solve the above problem is ''360-degree rotating building in water tank”, this solution is filed an application No. 1-2018-00393. Specifically, this solution is as follows:

As shown in Figure I , the 360-degree rotating building in water tank includes a cylindrical water tank with circular or conical bottom, the basement is located in the water tank, has a cylindrical shape, the bottom is similar to the bottom of the water tank, the basement floor is supported by the beams connected to the pillars in the basement, the basement wall is a certain distance from the water tank wall creating a space, in which the basement is connected to the water tank through a centering system arranged at the center of the bottom of the water tank and the bottom of the basement floating floors are built on the floor of the basement.

When water is pumped into the tank, the basement of the building acts as a float, therefore, under the pressure and Archimedes buoyant force of the water applied to the basement, it will push the building rise. The wheel structure consists of wheels and electric motor mounted on the beam anchorages of the basement against the top of the tank waif. The building is risen by the Archimedes buoyant force, so the wheels only bear a very small amount of force from the building (1% to 2% of the weight of the building). Therefore, it is possible to construct rotating buildings with a great weight but the structure for rotational operation of the building does not require complex fabrication, the motor operating the rotary structure is small, reducing installation and operation costs as well as low energy consumption.

However, the above solution has not solved the problem when there is a force majeure such as the water in the tank is lost or the basement is broken, ... water will flow into the basement, the Archimedes buoyant force of water applied to the basement will decrease rapidly, the basement will lose its role as a buoy supporting the building, the building's gravity will rush to the wheels, the wheels will be destroyed or the beam anchorages will be broken. Therefore, another solution is needed to solve the above problem.

Summary of the invention

The first purpose of the invention is to propose a wheel structure for 360-degree rotating building in water tank to solve the above problems.

To achieve the above items, the wheel structure for 360-degree rotating building in water tank according to the first implementation plan of the invention includes:

The wheel fork (!) made up of two reserved balanced trapezoidal steel plates ( 1.1 , 1.2) placed parallel to each other, the upper edges of these two steel plates are welded with flanges ( 1.3). The underside of the two steel plates ( 1 .1 , 1 .2 ) has two concentric holes ( 1. . 1.2.1) to install the wheel hubs (3). The outside of each steel plate (1,1, 1 2) is welded with two reinforcing ribs (1.4) to increase the rigidity of the wheel forks and to guide the bearing to only slide up and down without turning.

The wheel (2) consists of a rim (2.1) fitted with a solid rubber tire (2.2). Wheels (2) are fitted with forks (! ) through a wheel hub (3). ball bearing (8) and thrust bearing (5);

Characterized in that the two holes (1.1 1 , 1 2.1 ) have a shape of vertical groove, the height of the holes is predetermined so as to be larger than the distance H between the lower bottom of the basement and the upper bottom of the water tank when the rotating building is operating, the bearing (6) consists of two bearings (6.1, 6.2) installed at both ends of the wheel hub (3), an instantaneous anti-collapse structure (7) consists of two springs ( 7.1 , 7.2) with a lower end fitted with a spring bearing (6) and an upper end fitted with a flange (1.3). When the wheel load exceeds the allowed level, the wheel hub and bearing (6) slide up, the spring is pressed, when the load is enough, the spring stretches out and the wheel returns the normal state. When force majeure occurs leading a dehydration of tank, the whole weight of the building is put on the wheels, with the above structure the wheel hub and the bearing slide up, and the bottom of the basement will slowly lower to the bottom of the tank, then the weight of the building will be spread evenly to the bottom of the water tank, absolutely safe for the building.

According to the second implementation plan of the invention, the instantaneous anti-collapse structure (7) consists of two hydraulic pistons, each with a hydraulic valve. When a force majeure occurs, the building's gravity on the wheels exceeds the allowed pressure, the pressure valve will release itself, and the basement slowly descends to the bottom of the water tank.

The second purpose of the invention is to propose a 360-degree rotating building in a water tank consisting of a (A) cylindrical water tank with circular or conical or truncated conical bottom, the basement (B) is located in the water tank, has a cylindrical wall, the bottom is similar to the bottom of the water tank, the floor is supported by the walls and support pillars in the basement, the basement wall is a certain distance from the water tank wall creating a space, the basement is connected to the water tank through a centering system at the center of the water tank and the basement. When water is pumped into the tank, the basement of the building acts as a float, therefore, under the pressure and Archimedes buoyant force of the water applied to the basement of the building, it will push the building rise. The wheel structures as shown above are mounted on the underside of the beam anchorages of the basement floor against the top of the tank wall, which is responsible for moving and balancing the building. At least one of the wheel structures is driven by an electric motor.

The building is risen by the Archimedes buoyant force, so the wheels only bear a very small amount of force from the building (1% to 2% of the weight of the building). When a force majeure event such as a leakage or cracking of the basement occurs and water in the tank (A) flows into the basement (B ), Archimedes buoyant force will gradually reduce which gradually increases the upper weight of the building applied to the wheels. Thanks to the instantaneous anti-collapse structure (7), the weight of the building compresses springs (7.1 , 7.2) or pistons (7.1 7.2'), the building moves slowly to the bottom and make the wheel hubs slowly slide in the groove (1. 1.1, 12.1) to a higher position in the groove. At the same time, the basement is gradually lowered until it reaches the bottom of the water tank (A), the weight of the building is then applied directly to the bottom of the water tank (A) and the wheel structures and rotating building will be absolutely safe.

Detailed description of the invention

The invention will be described through the preferred plans of the invention and illustrative figures. This description is intended solely to show the general principles of invention and the invention is not limited there.

As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3, wheel structure for 360-degree rotating building in water tank according to the first plan of the invention includes:

The wheel fork 1 made up of two reserved balanced trapezoidal steel plates 1.1, 1.2 placed parallel to each other, the upper edges of these two steel plates are welded with flanges 1 .3. The underside of the two steel plates 1.1,1.2 has two concentric holes 1 . 1 . 1 , 1 2.1 to install the wheel hub 3. The outside of each steel plate 1.1, 1.2 is welded with reinforcing ribs 1.4 and it is aiso as grooves to slide up and down and prevent rotation of bearing 6.

The wheel 2 consists of a rim 2.1 fitted with a solid rubber tire 2.2. Wheels 2 are fitted with forks 1 through wheel hub 3, ball bearing 8 and thrust bearing 5.

According to the second plan of the invention as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the instantaneous anti-collapse structure 7 of the wheel structure consists of two hydraulic pistons 7.1’, 7.2’ with a lower end fitted with a bearing 6 and an upper end fitted with a flange 1 3. There is a pressure valve on each hydraulic piston. When a force majeure event occurs (as described above), the weight of the building simultaneously applied to both pistons exceeds the allowed load, the pressure valve will release itself (not shown in the figure) and make the building slowly descend. As shown in Figure 6 and Figure 7, a 360-degree rotating building in water tank of the invention includes:

Basement B is located in water tank A and is connected to water tank A through the centering system (not shown in the figure), in which the centering shaft is fixed to the center of the bottom 9 of the water tank A and portable centering pipe are fixed to the center of the bottom 11 of basement B the centering shaft, also a technical pipe to install power and water lines is brought from outside to inside the basement.

The floating stories C are built on the floor 12 of basement B.

When water is pumped into the space 14, basement B will rise and create a larger distance from the underside of the beam 13 to the top of the water tank wall A than before pumping water with a purpose to install wheels.

The wheel structures as shown above are mounted on the underside of the beam anchorages 13 of basement B, so that the tire 2.2 leans on the top of the water tank wall A. in which some of the wheels arc driven by electric motors.
