Abstract:
A wheel structure, comprising: a ring-shaped first layer (1), second layer (2), and third layer (3) nested from an inner side toward an outer side. An annular inner wall of the first layer (1) is bonded to an annular outer wall of the second layer (2) by means of a first adhesive or a fastener. An annular inner wall of the second layer (2) is connected to an annular outer wall of the third layer (3) by means of a second adhesive or a fastener. A material composing the first layer (1) and the second layer (3) comprises one of or a combination of two of PU, rubber, TPE, and TPU. A material composing the second layer (2) comprises a metal, nylon, or PP. When the first layer (1) presses against the floor and applies a pressure at the second layer (2), the second layer (2) provides support to the first layer (1). The wheel structure can fully utilize the characteristics of the materials, and can be realized with numerous combinations suitable for various scenarios. The present invention further relates to a caster comprising the wheel structure.
