Abstract:
A whipped cream production method according to one embodiment of the present invention involves whipping a first liquid cream using a continuous whipper to obtain a first whipped cream, and mixing the first whipped cream and a second liquid cream having a higher milk fat content than the first liquid cream to obtain a second whipped cream, wherein the first liquid cream is whipped by the continuous whipper at an output voltage (gauge pressure) of more than 0.1 MPa and less than 0.4 MPa.
