Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of pressure measurement, and provides a wide-range high-toughness nano-conductive rubber sensor, and preparation and packaging methods therefor. According to the present invention, the dispersibility of a conductive filler is improved by using a high temperature internal mixing method, and a sandwich structure is cured under a high pressure condition, so that a rubber structure is more compact. The nano-conductive rubber sensor prepared in the present invention has wide measurement range, and good sensitivity and stability. According to the present invention, a rubber substrate is used to package the nano-conductive rubber sensor; a housing, a cover plate, and a sealable cover are used to seal the rubber substrate for packaging the sensor; the package structure is ingenious, so that the stress of the sensor is balanced, and the phenomenon of structural damage caused by a stress concentration is avoided. At the same time, packaging by using the rubber substrate allows the sensor to have excellent performances as a whole such as high temperature resistance, water resistance, fire resistance, ultraviolet resistance, and acid and alkali corrosion resistance, to have better aging resistance and stability, and to have longer service life and security under high load conditions.
