Abstract:
A wide-range low-temperature refrigeration system for a test chamber. The system comprises a high-temperature stage unit (2), a low-temperature stage unit (1), and a refrigerating unit (3) for cascade refrigeration, and a cooling water circulation assembly (4) in communication with each of the units. A condensing evaporator (24) is provided between the high-temperature stage unit (2) and the low-temperature stage unit (1). An intermediate-temperature evaporator (23) is provided between the refrigerating unit (3) and the high-temperature stage unit (2). A type-D evaporator (15) is provided between the refrigerating unit (3) and the low-temperature stage unit (1). The high-temperature stage unit (2) comprises N type-G compressors (201) connected in parallel, suction ends of the N type-G compressors (201) are respectively in communication with a type-G suction manifold (203), and exhaust ends thereof are respectively in communication with a type-G exhaust manifold (233). A direct switching valve (206) and a bypass three-way switching valve (207) are disposed on the type-G suction manifold (203) and the type-G exhaust manifold (233), respectively, between the first N1 type-G compressors (201) and the last N2 type-G compressors (201), wherein N = N1 + N2, N1 ≤ N2, and a corner valve side of the bypass three-way switching valve (207) is in communication with the type-G suction manifold (203). The invention reduces the pressure ratio, improves the operation efficiency and safety, and facilitates acquisition of a lower temperature.
