Abstract:
A wild jujube seed flavone and phospholipid composite, which is prepared by compounding wild jujube seed flavone and phospholipids in a mass ratio of 1:1-1:5. A method for preparing the wild jujube seed flavone and phospholipid composite and an application thereof in preparing food, health foods or medicine. Tests have proved that the wild jujube seed flavone and phospholipid composite may significantly improve the fat solubility thereof and effectively solve the problem of low bioavailability of the wild jujube seed flavones in humans and animals, thus facilitating the expansion the application of the composite in food, health foods or medicine.
