Title:
WINDING SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY DISCHARGING OPTICAL CABLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/163625
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a winding system for automatically discharging an optical cable, which can automatically wind an optical cable, thereby substantially improving working convenience and product productivity, the winding system being characterized by comprising: an optical cable supplier comprising a bobbin, which has an optical cable, and a bobbin motor, which rotates the bobbin; an automatic cutting unit comprising withdrawing rollers configured to rotate while abutting each other with an optical cable, which has been drawn in from the optical cable supplier, interposed therebetween, roller motors, which rotate the withdrawing rollers, and which have encoders for counting the number of revolutions of the withdrawing rollers, and a cutter for cutting the optical cable that has passed through the withdrawing rollers; a winder for winding the optical cable that has been discharged from the automatically cutting unit; and a control unit for receiving the number of revolutions from the encoders and controlling the operation of the cutter such that the optical cable is cut. The present embodiment is advantageous in that automation of a series of processes, ranging from supply of an optical cable to a process of cutting the same after the same has been wound up to a predetermined length, improves working convenience, guarantees uniform product production, and maximizes the amount of mass-produced products, regardless of the worker's proficiency.
