Abstract:
This windshield comprises: a rectangular glass body having a peripheral edge that includes a first side, and a second side and a third side that intersect the first side; and a heating body that is disposed near the peripheral edge of the glass body and that heats the glass body for defrosting. The glass body has a first region that extends along the first side, a second region that is adjacent to the first region and that extends along the first side, and a third region that is adjacent to the second region on the side opposite the first region and that extends along the first side. The heating body is disposed in at least the first region and the second region, and heats the first region to be at a higher temperature than the second region, and heats the second region to be at a higher temperature than the third region.
