Abstract:
In the present invention, a blade main body (21) is formed such that the entire circumferences of plate springs (15) including both longitudinal ends thereof are embedded, the plate springs extending in the longitudinal direction. For example, this wiper blade is manufactured by using an extruder to extrude a rubber material in an uncrosslinked state to form an intermediate molded body which becomes the blade main body (21), by inserting the plate springs (15) into the intermediate molded body, by vulcanizing the intermediate molded body with the plate springs (15) inserted therein, and by covering the entire circumferences including both longitudinal ends of the plate springs (15).
