Abstract:
A wire derusting spray head, comprising a spray head body, a high-pressure water spraying device and a sand feeding structure. A first mixing cavity (1) is provided within the spray head body. A wire feeding channel (6) is provided at one end of the first mixing cavity (1), and a wire discharging channel (7) is provided at the other end thereof; the diameter of the wire feeding channel (6) is larger than that of a wire, and an annular second mixing cavity is formed between an outer side of the wire and an inner wall of the wire feeding channel. The sand feeding structure comprises a sand feeding hole (17) that communicates with the first mixing cavity (1). The high-pressure water spraying device comprises a nozzle holder provided within the spray head body, and multiple water spraying holes (3) distributed in the circumferential direction are provided on the nozzle holder. One end of each water spraying hole (3) communicates with the first mixing cavity (1), and the other end thereof communicates with an annular water intake groove (8), and the annular water intake groove (8) communicates with a water intake pipe. The wire derusting spray head may thoroughly remove surface oxide skin from wire surfaces, is highly efficient, and convenient to operate.
