Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of hub motors, and provides a wire outlet structure of an electric vehicle hub motor, solving the problem of poor sealing effect of a wire outlet structure of an existing electric vehicle hub motor. The wire outlet structure of the electric vehicle hub motor comprises a shaft sleeve, which is fitted over an output shaft of the hub motor; a recessed first fixed groove is formed on one end of the shaft sleeve; a plurality of positioning holes penetrating through the other end of the shaft sleeve are formed on the groove bottom of the first fixed groove; the wire outlet structure further comprises a sealing plug, which is made of an elastic material; a plurality of protruding sealing convex posts are provided at one end of the sealing plug; a plurality of wire passages allowing lead-out wires to pass through are formed in the sealing plug along an axial direction of the shaft sleeve; each wire passage penetrates through the corresponding sealing convex post; the sealing plug is sealingly embedded into and fixedly connected to the first fixed groove; the sealing convex posts are sealingly embedded into and fixedly connected to the corresponding positioning holes. The wire outlet structure of the electric vehicle hub motor has the advantages that the sealing effect is improved and the motor would not be easily damaged.
