Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wire rope coupler and, more specifically, to a wire rope coupler, which acts as a ring, and can be easily coupled and firmly fixed so that a wire rope can be prevented from being randomly separated even if a heavy load is applied. In order to accomplish the objective, the present invention comprises: a body; a coupling hole formed in the longitudinal direction in the center portion of the body so that the wire rope is inserted therein; and a fastening device inserted into the coupling hole, wherein the fastening device comprises a pair of fastening members, center grooves, into which a center strand forming the wire rope is inserted, are formed in the center portions of the facing surfaces of the fastening members, and outer grooves, into which an outer strand positioned outside the center strand is inserted, are formed at the outer peripheral surfaces of the fastening members.
