Abstract:
A base-band processing unit (1, 2) in node-B includes path capture means (12, 22), a path track transfer means (13, 23), and channel estimation means (14, 24) in a path search circuit (11, 22) primarily for path capturing, channel estimation, and RAKE combination. The baseband processing unit (1, 2) includes decoding means (16, 26) for decoding RAKE-combined data and for calculating an average SIR per wireless frame and correction calculation means (17, 27) provided primarily for reliably and stably detecting wireless frame synchronization in a synchronization determination circuit (15, 25), whereby processing time required detect synchronization establishment during wireless frame synchronization determination is reduced.
