Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention are applicable to the technical field of computer science and application, and provide a wireless body area network and a key generation method and a key distribution method therefor and related apparatuses. A coordinator and a wearable device are respectively integrated with an acceleration acquisition apparatus; gait acceleration signals are synchronously collected, position information of a peak value and a valley value in the gait acceleration signals is correspondingly extracted to serve as gait co-information, the gait co-information is used for key distribution of the wireless body area network, the security and consistency are higher, the calculation is simple, and the wireless body area network is applicable to wearable devices with limited resources.
