Abstract:

A wireless communication device manufacturing system 100 has: a transport device 102 that transports an antenna substrate S so that the antenna substrate S passes through a mounting position MP; a mounting device 104 that mounts an RFIC module on the antenna substrate S with an insulating adhesive layer interposed therebetween at the mounting position MP; a pair of rollers 150 that holds the antenna substrate S with the RFIC module mounted thereon in the thickness direction and presses the RFIC module onto the adhesive layer; a first dancer roller 160 that is placed on the antenna substrate S in a freely movable state upstream of the mounting device 104; and a second dancer roller 162 that is placed on the antenna substrate S in a freely movable state downstream of the pair of rollers 150. The first and second dancer rollers 160, 162 are each equipped with a cylindrical portion that is placed on the antenna substrate S and locking portions that are provided at both ends of the cylindrical portion.
