Abstract:

[Problem] To further reduce storefront-side processing load in a multi-payment situation. [Solution] Provided is a wireless communication device, comprising: a communication unit which carries out a wireless communication with a connection device; and a control unit which encrypts a wireless communication path with the connection device on the basis of a digital certificate which a certification authority server issues. The communication unit receives, from the connection device via the encrypted wireless communication path, payment information and valid payment types. The control unit determines a payment server on the basis of the valid payment types, and causes the communication unit to transmit to the payment server a payment request based on the payment information.
