Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to make it possible to perform communication with stable quality even when a user uses a terminal while moving. According to a wireless communication system of the present disclosure, a switching control unit 15 sets, until completion of a connection switching between communication with an optical wireless access point 92 and communication with an RF wireless access point 93, a switch illuminance pth at which the illuminance of an optical signal received by a terminal 91 is maintained at or above a required illuminance corresponding to a throughput, and, when a reception illuminance p has become less than the switch illuminance pth during connection with the optical wireless access point 92, performs connection switching from an optical wireless communication to an RF wireless communication.
