Abstract:
A wiring harness isolation plate assembly (1), a battery module (A), a battery pack and a device. The wiring harness isolation plate assembly (1) comprises: a plurality of isolation units (11), each comprising a busbar (112) and an insulating film (113) connected to the busbar (112); and connection assemblies (2) through which the adjacent isolation units (11) are connected. The wiring harness isolation plate assembly (1) comprises a plurality of independent isolation units (11). During molding, the isolation units (11) can be independently processed, and the size of each isolation unit (11) is relatively small, so that the processing difficulty can be reduced, the location of each busbar (112) is easy to control, the positioning precision of the busbars (112) is improved, and the connection reliability between the busbars (112) and electrode leads (41) is improved. Moreover, in each isolation unit (11), the busbars (112) are connected by means of insulating films (113), so that the risk of short circuit of the busbars (112) is relatively low. In addition, the adjacent isolation units (11) are connected by means of the connection assemblies (2), so that a complete wiring harness isolation plate assembly (1) is formed, the rigidity of the wiring harness isolation plate assembly (1) is improved, and the busbar (112) is conveniently connected to the electrode lead (41).
