Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, and in particular, to a wood-plastic composite material having high toughness and high strength and a preparation method therefor. The wood-plastic composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30 to 50 parts of wood flour, 11 to 20 parts of high molecular weight polyethylene, 30 to 52 parts of polypropylene, and 2 to 10 parts of an interfacial modifier. In the present invention, polypropylene is used as the main component of a plastic matrix; high molecular weight polyethylene is used as a secondary component of a plastic matrix, and has toughening effects; using wood flour as a filler can improve the strength of the wood-plastic composite material; and the interfacial modifier can improve the interface combination between the wood powder and the plastic matrix, and the components cooperate with each other, so that the obtained wood-plastic composite material has high toughness and high strength. The present invention uses an extruder capable of producing an elongation flow field to prepare a wood-plastic composite material. Under the action of the elongation flow field, molecular chains of high molecular weight polyethylene and polypropylene are oriented along the flow field direction, which is beneficial to improving the toughness and strength of a wood-plastic composite material.
