Abstract:
A wooden fireproof pressure-treated board, formed with a wooden powder material at a content of 50 wt% or more and additives being mixed evenly and pressure treated at 2-10 MPa at a cooled temperature; the additives comprise a metal oxide, a nonmetal oxide, a hydrochloride, a sulfate, a phosphate, a weak acid, and a strong acid. A manufacturing method for the wooden fireproof pressure-treated board comprises the following steps: a. controlling raw material fineness at 20-100 meshes, and mixing evenly; b. laying a board; c. pressing at room temperature, and controlling the pressure at 2-10 MPa; d. holding the pressure for 12-36 h; and, e. extracting the board, and balancing for 3-10 days at room temperature.
