Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a work machine maintenance management system enabling earlier prediction of the time for replacement of a component of a work machine. The work machine maintenance management system according to the present disclosure is provided with: a maintenance management database server 110 that accumulates maintenance management information of a plurality of work machines; and a maintenance management control device 120 that predicts the time for replacement of each component of the work machines on the basis of the maintenance management information. The maintenance management information includes a practical lifetime of each component of the work machines between the start of use and replacement. The maintenance management control device 120 includes a replacement factor determination unit 121, a lifetime model creation unit 122, a failure model creation unit 123, and a replacement time prediction unit 126. The replacement factor determination unit 121 determines the replacement factor of each component is a lifetime factor or a failure factor, on the basis of the practical lifetime of each component of the plurality of work machines. The lifetime model creation unit 122 creates a lifetime model for a component of which the replacement factor has been determined to be a lifetime factor by the replacement factor determination unit 121. The failure model creation unit 123 creates a failure model for a component of which the replacement factor has been determined to be a failure factor by the replacement factor determination unit 121. The replacement time prediction unit 126 predicts the time for replacement of each component of the work machines on the basis of the lifetime model and the failure model.
