Abstract:
Provided are a work machine and a work machine system with which the risk of a body of the work machine coming into contact with an obstacle when an abnormality has occurred in the work machine is reduced. The work machine comprises: a traveling body; a turning body turnably attached on the traveling body; a multi-joint work machine that is attached to the turning body and that includes a boom, an arm, and a work implement; and a control device. The control device comprises a control command calculation unit, a machine control unit, an abnormality detection unit, an avoiding operation necessity determination unit, and an avoiding control command unit. The machine control unit controls the traveling body, the turning body, and the work machine with avoiding control commands prioritized over operation control commands.
