Abstract:
Provided is a work machine that can eliminate, to the extent possible, a work machine operator nuisance while preventing contact between the work machine and workers, thereby preventing a decrease in work machine productivity. The work machine 5 comprises an identification information recognizing device 41 that recognizes the identification information of a person entering a designated region R around the work machine 5, and a controlling device 7 that controls the work machine in accordance with the identification information. When a person enters the designated region R under conditions in which the work machine 5 is in an operable state, the controlling device 7 counts, as an approach count, the number of times each person differentiated by identification information enters the designated region R, and when the person enters the designated region R, controls the work machine 5 on the basis of the approach count counted according to the identification information of the person who has entered.
