Abstract:
Provided is a work machine including a controller that stores a plurality of masking areas for selecting positioning satellites utilized by a receiver to compute an antenna position, wherein the plurality of masking areas are set with reference to an antenna on the basis of the orientations of a work device and a rotating body. The controller respectively computes a plurality of positioning precisions on the basis of: satellite-related data about positioning satellites selected by respectively utilizing the plurality of masking areas; and satellite-related data about positioning satellites selected without utilizing any of the plurality of masking areas. The receiver computes the antenna position on the basis of satellite signals from a positioning satellite that is selected in the case in which the positioning precision thereof is the highest among the computed plurality of positioning precisions.
