Abstract:
Provided is an automatic worker selection system which is capable of enhancing early the skill of a low-skilled worker. The worker selection system is provided with: a work skill determination unit; a worker selection unit; an information update unit; and a storage unit which stores various kinds of information. The work skill determination unit determines the work skills of a plurality of workers to be high or low with respect to work that needs to be handled, when the work arises, and extracts a worker having the lowest skill among the plurality of workers. The worker selection unit selects the extracted low-skilled worker as a handling worker for the work. The information update unit updates information in the storage unit on the basis of a result of the work handled by the selected handling worker.
