Abstract:
Provided are a workpiece conveyance conveyor and a workpiece conveyance system which can individually and cooperatively control the operations of a plurality of carriers disposed on one fixed part. Each of the plurality of carriers has: a coil which uses a magnetic force generated by a plurality of magnets of the fixed part to generate a propulsion force; a power supply unit which supplies power to the coil; and a control unit which controls the power supply unit and controls the power supplied from the power supply unit to the coil. Each of the plurality of carriers is controlled by the control unit so as to perform an individual operation in which each of the plurality of carriers is individually and a cooperative operation in which the carriers cooperatively operated.
