Abstract:
This workpiece-mounting system is equipped with: cameras (31a, 31b) capable of imaging a workpiece (W); a reference image storage unit for storing in advance, as a reference image, an image of the workpiece (W) which was captured by the cameras (31a, 31b) in a state in which the workpiece (W) is held in the correct orientation by the hand part (29) of a robot; and a control device. The control device causes the cameras (31a, 31b) to capture an image of the workpiece (W) in a state in which the workpiece (W) is held by the hand part (29) of the robot, and if there is a shift between the captured image of the workpiece (W) from the cameras (31a, 31b) and the reference image stored in the reference image storage unit, calculates, on the basis of information pertaining to said shift, the positional shift between the correct orientation and the orientation of the workpiece (W) held by the hand part (29) of the robot and the three-dimensional slope shift therebetween, and on the basis of the calculated positional shift and three-dimensional slope shift, performs a robot operation correction in a manner such that the workpiece (W) set orientation is the prescribed set orientation.
