Abstract:
The present invention reduces the size of a workpiece transport device. This workpiece transport device is provided with: a pair of shafts comprising an upstream-side end part shaft (126) and a downstream-side end part shaft (146) arranged separated from each other in a transport direction (X), which is the direction of transport of a workpiece; an upstream-side drive shaft (116) arranged between the pair of shafts comprising the upstream-side end part shaft (126) and the downstream-side end part shaft (146) in the transport direction (X); an upstream-side drive belt (122) wrapped around the upstream-side drive shaft (116) and the upstream-side end part shaft (126); and a transport belt (130) wrapped around the pair of shafts comprising the upstream-side end part shaft (126) and the downstream-side end part shaft (146). Driving force for transporting the workpiece is transmitted to the transport belt (130) sequentially via the upstream-side drive shaft (116), the upstream-side drive belt (122), and the upstream-side end part shaft (126).
