Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a wound multilayer coil core by using a single-layer amorphous strip. The method comprises: 1) cutting; 2) positioning, wherein a first position detection device is used to position a raw material in a positioning position, and a control device acquires information of the first position detection device in real time, and feeds back the same to a cutting device to adjust the position of the raw material; 3) tension measurement, wherein a tension measurement device performs tension measurement on the positioned raw material, and the control device acquires information of the tension measurement device in real time, and feeds back the same to a winding device to adjust tension; 4) trimming to acquire a strip to be wound and other strips; 5) winding position detection, wherein a second position detection device is used to position, in a positioning position, the strip to be wound, and the control device acquires information of the second position detection device in real time, and feeds back the same to the winding device to adjust the strip to be wound; and 6) winding. The invention resolves the issue in which layers of a multilayer strip are misaligned during cutting and winding due to different lengths of the layers. Also disclosed is a device for manufacturing a wound multilayer coil core by using a single-layer amorphous strip. Also disclosed is a wound multilayer coil core.
