Abstract:
A woven fabric defect segmentation method, comprising the following steps: obtaining a defect image of a woven fabric of which the surface is provided with defects (101); performing down-sampling on the defect image (102); circularly and sequentially using a fourth-order partial differential equation algorithm and a relaxation median filtering algorithm to perform mixed noise reduction on the defect image (103); performing interpolation processing on the defect noise subjected to the noise reduction to obtain a defect image with the same size as the original defect image (104); and performing binarization processing on the interpolated defect image by using a threshold method to obtain a binary image (105). According to the method, the fourth-order partial differential equation algorithm and the relaxation median filtering algorithm are adopted to perform mixed noise reduction on the defect image, and therefore, noises are effectively smoothed, and defect information is preserved well, and a segmentation effect is improved.
