Abstract:
This woven fastener stringer (1) includes: a fastener tape (10) which has a tape main body (11) and an element attaching portion (12) that is formed along one side edge of the tape main body; and continuous fastener elements (20) which are woven and fixed to the element attaching portion at the same time as the forming of the fastener tape. The tape main body has a sewing region (15) through which a thread is passed, the thread sewing the fastener tape to an object to which the fastener tape is sewn. The sewing region is disposed within 3 wales (W4 to W6) from a tape outer side edge (10b) of the fastener tape, and the thread that forms three types of different stitches is arranged on the first wale (W6) and the second wale (W5) from the tape outer side edge of the sewing region and/or the thickness of a braiding thread that is arranged so as to cross the first wale and the second wale from the tape outer side edge of the sewing region is 220 decitex or more.
