Abstract:
According to the present invention, a window part transmits an X-ray emitted from a target to the outside through an X-ray passage. The window part includes: a window frame section having a passing hole through which the X-ray passes; a first window member that is airtightly fixed to the window frame section while covering a first opening on the outer side in the passing hole, and transmits the X-ray therethrough; and a second window member that is fixed to the window frame section while covering a second opening on the passage side in the passing hole and transmits the X-ray therethrough. The window part is provided with a separate section and a separate section which are at least portions of a ventilation part that provides communication between a region between the first window member and the second window member in the passing hole and the X-ray passage. The ventilation part is configured to be invisible therethrough when the region side is viewed from the inside of the X-ray passage.
