Abstract:
An X-ray image capturing device for bone-in meat captures an X-ray image of bone-in meat composed of an arm part or a thigh part of a livestock carcass in the state in which the bone-in meat is suspended, and is provided with: an X-ray source (123) which applies X-rays to the bone-in meat; a shielding box (124) with which the bone-in meat is covered when the X-ray image is captured; a sensor (125) which is installed in the shielding box (124), and detects X-rays transmitted through the bone-in meat; and a filter (126) which is disposed between the bone-in meat and the X-ray source (123) and adjusts the intensity distribution of the X-rays to be applied to the bone-in meat.
