Abstract:
This X-ray tube is provided with: an electron gun part which emits electrons; a target which generates X rays; and a vacuum casing part which houses the electron gun part and the target. The vacuum casing part includes a valve part made of an insulating material and coupled to the electron gun part. The X-ray tube is provided with: an inner electrode which is separated from a coupling part of the electron gun part and the valve part and which is disposed opposite to the coupling part; and an outer electrode which is separated from the coupling part and which is disposed opposite to the coupling part. The coupling part is located between the inner electrode and the outer electrode.
