Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a Y-shaped finned radiator, comprising: an upper oil collecting tube, a lower oil collecting tube, two external unit fins at the head and the tail, and multiple unit fins provided between the two external unit fins; the two external unit fins and the multiple middle unit fins are welded in parallel with each other at intervals between the upper oil collecting tube and the lower oil collecting tube; the two external unit fins are wave-like radiator fins; the multiple middle unit fins are Y-shaped radiator fins. The present utility model can destroy a thermal boundary layer on a gas side, improve the heat transfer coefficient of the gas side, and increase the effective heat-radiating area, so that the heat-radiating capacity of the radiator is improved by 10%-20% or more. The lateral occupied area of the fins dispersed on a large transformer is decreased, a larger space is selected and provided for a transformer cooling device, costs are reduced, and the service life of the transformer is prolonged.
