Abstract:
A yarn flaw detection mechanism, comprising: a mounting column (1), a press-contact switch (7), an alarm device (6), a yarn penetrating sleeve (2), and a flaw detection floating body (4). The top of the yarn penetrating sleeve (2) is provided with a tapered hole (22) extending downwards; the flow detection floating body (4) is provided in the tapered hole (22); the flaw detection floating body (4) comprises two symmetrically distributed conical blocks (41); the bottom of the inner side of each conical block (41) is provided with a semicircular groove (44); the semicircular grooves (44) of the two conical blocks (41) are assembled to form a through hole corresponding to a yarn; the yarn penetrating sleeve (2) is provided with a switch mounting base (5) extending to a position above the flaw detection floating body (4); the press-contact switch (7) is provided on the switch mounting base (5) and is directed downwards to the flaw detection floating body (4); and the alarm device (6) is linearly connected to the press-contact switch (7).
