Abstract:
The present embodiments provide: a display device in which a peripheral circuit is deposited on the upper part of the exterior of a substrate, wiring is deposited in a central part, a flat layer is deposited on the peripheral circuit and the wiring, and a pixel transistor is deposited on the flat surface, and thus parasitic capacitance is minimized due to the vertical structure of the outermost pixel transistor and a peripheral circuit transistor, which are separated by an interlayer insulating film, and power loss due to a decrease in resistance is minimized by increasing the width of the wiring formed in an area of the peripheral circuit layer, said area being not occupied by the peripheral circuit transistor; and a manufacturing method therefor.
