Abstract:
Disclosed is a zinc pot slag-dredging device for a hot-dip galvanization production line, the zinc pot slag-dredging device comprising a zinc pot body (1), hoisting rings (2), an insertion base (3), a hoisting frame (4), a dredging electric motor (5), a rotatable pushing and dredging base structure (6), an adjustable rotating and collecting frame structure (7), an adjustable exhaust gas treatment box structure (8), a ventilating and cooling fixing box structure (9), a fixing plate (10), an inverted L-shaped insertion plate (11), a threaded groove (12), a first threaded rod (13), hanging rings (14), and a fixing hole (15), wherein the hoisting rings (2) are respectively connected to the upper portions of the left side and the right side of the zinc pot body (1) by means of bolts. In the zinc pot slag-dredging device, a rotating pipe (61), a first fixing pipe (62), a connecting plate (64), a pushing block (65), a stainless steel mesh box (66), the zinc pot body (1) and the dredging electric motor (5) cooperate with each other, which facilitates, during use, the pushing block (65) and the stainless steel mesh box (66) being driven to rotate by means of the dredging electric motor (5) when said motor is operating, and then residual slag at the bottom end of the inside of the zinc pot body (1) being pushed by means of the pushing block (65) to allow the residual slag to enter the stainless steel mesh box (66), such that the residual slag at the bottom end of the inside of the zinc pot body (1) is conveniently collected during operation.
