Abstract:
A zipper mechanism with double sliders, the zipper mechanism having the advantages of quick locking and invisible unlocking. Further provided is a corresponding unlocking method. The zipper mechanism with double sliders comprises a zipper (1), a first slider (2), a second slider (3) and an unlocking mechanism (25), wherein a locking assembly is arranged at the bottom of the first slider (2) and comprises a locking cover (4), a locking plate (5) hinged to the interior of the locking cover (4), a locking block (6) and a driving member, and the locking plate (5) is hinged to the locking cover (4) by means of a rotating shaft (7); an inserting portion (12) is arranged at the bottom of the second slider (3), and in the process of the first slider (2) and the second slider (3) moving close to each other, the inserting portion (12) acts on the locking block (6) and makes the locking plate (5) overcome the force of the driving member to rotate around a hinged position, such that the inserting portion (12) is clamped into the locking assembly; and the unlocking mechanism (25) is arranged at the end of the zipper (1) located on the side of the second slider (3) away from the first slider (2), the unlocking mechanism (25) comprises an unlocking block (17) arranged in a protruding manner towards one side in an extending direction of the zipper (1), and the unlocking block (17) is inserted into the upper end of the locking block (6) and makes the locking block (6) rotate around the rotating shaft (7) along with the locking plate (5) to release the limitation on the inserting portion (12).
