Abstract:
The present invention provides a coin-processing device (100) comprising a sorting unit (110) for receiving coins or medals and sending them out at intervals one at a time. The sorting unit includes: a rotating member (113) in which a plurality of hole units (113X, 113X) having at least one coin or medal positioned therein are formed at intervals; projections (114) for guiding the coin or the medal to the outlet (112X) of the sorting unit, said projections (114) being disposed below the rotating member; and shutters (215, 115) that are biased in the outlet-closing direction, and are pushed away by coins or medals guided by the projections.
