PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal refining device capable of improving the refining efficiency of metal without accompanying the addition of equipment and the time for maintenance.SOLUTION: The metal refining device comprises: a molten metal holding vessel (10) storing a molten metal (M) to be refined and having a shape with at least one internal corner part (11) in the cross-section; and a coolant (20) immersed in the molten metal (M) inside the molten metal holding vessel (10) and relatively rotating to the molten metal holding vessel (10).
