PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device which uses paper-made staples for binding a sheet bundle and punches punch holes in advance in a paper sheet at binding positions across a folding position by a punch device before performing a binding process to easily make a booklet for simplified ring-binding.SOLUTION: A sheet post-processing device comprises: a conveying section for conveying a paper sheet; a punch section for punching punch holes in the paper sheet conveyed by the conveying section; a stacker section for stacking, as a bundle, the paper sheet in which the punch holes are punched by the punch section; a stopper section for regulating a conveying direction leading edge of the paper sheet stacked in the stacker section; a binding section for binding the paper sheet bundle of which leading edge is regulated by the stacker section; and a folding section for folding the paper sheets bound by the binding section at a predetermined folding position. The punch section punches the punch holes back and forth in the sheet conveying direction across the folding position. The binding section binds the paper sheet bundle with paper-made staples by making the paper-made staples pass through the punch holes.
