Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating table that enables pivotal movement in a wide range along a pivotal shaft for a direction and an inclination.SOLUTION: An operating table includes a patient supporting part 12 having a longitudinal axis L and a lateral axis Q, and the patient supporting part is mounted on a column 10 having a column capital 16. A gimbal mount part 14 for pivotally moving the patient supporting part from a horizontal basic attitude is provided and lifted higher than the column capital by a pivotal movement device. The pivotal movement device comprises an L-shaped pivotal lever 18 that is attached to the column or its column capital and that can pivotally move centering on a stationary horizontal shaft H1.
