Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling tool capable of suppressing a slip of a workpiece.SOLUTION: A rolling tooth profile surface 2 is coated with a coating material by PVD treatment so that a coating layer can be formed. Thus, abrasion resistance can be improved by increasing surface hardness. On the other hand, droplets 4 are arranged in a dispersed manner on a surface of a part, in which a coefficient of friction becomes low, in the coating layer like this. This can suppress a slip of a workpiece by making the droplets 4 bite into a surface of the workpiece.
