Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system that has high reliability of being capable of maintaining a communication even when a communication abnormality occurs between a control machine and a nurse call master machine or a corridor lamp.SOLUTION: Two communication CPUs 52, 53 to be used for communication are provided to a control machine 5, and connection terminals 56, 57 for LAN connection are respectively provided to the communication CPUs 52, 53. Each of the connection terminals 56, 57 are connected to a HUB 7 by LAN cables K1, K2 different from each other. Communication is generally performed by using the first communication CPU 52. The control machine 5 switches the communication CPU to be used for communication from the first communication CPU 52 to the second communication CPU 53 upon detection of an occurrence of a predetermined communication abnormality in the communication by the first communication CPU 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
