Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable excellent cooking even in an abnormal ventilation state that a temperature sensor erroneously detects a temperature of a cooking container in heating.SOLUTION: A gas cooking stove is configured to, in a heating period T3 with medium heat, when abnormal ventilation state occurs, detect an equilibrium temperature again; with the detected equilibrium temperature Te2, determine a temperature Tc2 in switching to small heat and a heating termination temperature Tc2 again; and change a temperature Tc1 in switching to small heat and a heating termination temperature Tc1, which are initially determined, into the temperature Tc2 in switching to small heat and the heating termination temperature Tc2 determined by detecting the equilibrium temperature again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
