Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion method of a burner device in which fire retardant residual oil containing large amount of moisture or solid residual substance can be utilized as burner fuel without applying any treatment to it and sulfur oxide generated at its combustion can be restricted.SOLUTION: A fuel oil injection nozzle 3 and a double-fluid type residual oil injection nozzle 4 for injecting residual oil containing solid residual substance or moisture together with air are arranged together at a burner main body 2 and the residual oil is added with and mixed with either predetermined amount of lime or hydrated lime in advance. Then, when the burner shows a low temperature combustion, fuel oil is supplied to only the fuel oil injection nozzle 3 and the fuel oil is simply ignited, on the other hand, when the burner shows a high temperature combustion, both fuel oil and residual oil of specified supply ratio are supplied to both the fuel oil injection nozzle 3 and the residual oil injection nozzle 4 and the residual oil is blown into the combustion flame of the fuel oil while being changed into fine particles and ignited while being mixed to each other. In addition, sulfur oxide generated at the time of combustion is contacted with injected lime or hydrated lime and reacted with it to perform a desulfurization treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
